Nostro Mello-wwww....listen to this mini album in its entirety - you kinda float away...mello-www. And...the story behind Nag Champa kinda appeals to me...I can so picture Lee sitting on that tram going slow through the traffic in Richmond. Favorite track: Nag Champa.
Noah Wilson

Noah Wilson If Mr. Wright entered the delicate universe created by The Crooner on their ethereal album, Soft Escape, I imagine that this is what the result of that collaboration might sound like. Favorite track: Theatres.
Sincerity

Sincerity Perfection pulled from delicacy, subtle pop waves, strangeness. Ill-Fitting suggests genius & yeah, Jeff Lee has good taste. Favorite track: Good Taste.

Adrian Smith Think comfort under cold weather and general vulnerabilities of just being.. Thanks lee

Easy 05:20
i woke up to your eyes, covered in deep sleep. we ended things that night, or was it last week? you said the next time i thought i would be moving out would be with you. when you call me up saying ‘it’s not easy’, I can’t help but wonder what you thought it would be? at the ikea down on burnley, alongside couples with two-seater prams you held my hand. you complain to me there’s nothing particularly swedish about this place.
2.
Nag Champa 03:29
the smell filled the air and carried through to your hair. i was scared to let this go. i bought three packets of nag champa so i could relive the first time i was here. i was stuck on a tram on bridge and church. i got bored with waiting and i checked my phone. i was prompted for your wi-fi password - until now i had forgotten that you’d lived around here.
3.
Gap Year 03:28
you told me, ‘you may think it’s trivial...’. you cant be in this country no more. worked a job at a pretty run down hotel - trip advisor would advise you go somewhere else. down the hall you spoke with your family, ‘autumns here and you can’t do a second’. everyday on the corner of lennox st you waited for the seventy hoping things would change.
4.
Pressbyrån 04:11
in an airport bathroom i shaved off most of my face with an old razor to the disbelief of a polite swede. your flight landed in an hour and i was anxious about nothing at all. in an ill- fitting sweater we shared another cigarette, pacing past the occupiers to avoid a painful triviality. how can i commit to someone else if i can't commit to myself?
5.
Theatres 06:14
it was six-thirty when he fetched the paper and she stepped into his yard. it was his daughter’s friend, she’d been at the discotheque and hadn’t yet come home. the men of this small town become controlled like the puppets they hold. she had always stuck by him even when he checked in to his favourite out of town motel.
6.
i ran my hand along the fence. it splintered my finger, bleeding, stuck in hawksburn. i’m told that i should begin to fake it. this train stops every station - i missed the express. making my time slower, until i can move out of this place.
7.
Magpie 07:07
cheekbones symmetrical. i have tumbled again. introverted. i have tumbled. like a magpie on a power-line, i have tumbled. like a sunset outside daylight saving time, i’ve tumbled.
8.
Good Taste 02:22
it’s always kind of hard to see you on the street. thinking our communication would remain discrete. i went down to buy some thyme and some rosemary. you told me you’ve been cooking too but it always ends up bleak. you ran your hands over anything dairy- free. they’re playing stereolab so you know they’ve got good taste. you reflect on the time we were here and they played our song. i remember those times well, it’s getting hard not to recreate.
